Application:

1. Tear off the back release paper of the warm pad. Do not rub!

2. Apply the adhesive side to the inside of your clothing corresponding to the part of the body that you want to warm up. Press lightly.

3. Please wear well-fitting clothing so that the warm pad can stick on fully. Pure cotton is the most suitable.

Cautions:

*When you feel itchiness, redness, and swelling, stop using it immediately and contact your physician.

*In case of skin contact, rinse with water or clean with wet wipes. 

*The indicated temperature duration is the value tested in a specific laboratory environment. Use on the human body varies due to the environment and personal heat resistance. 

*For single use only. Air-activated heating. Do not rub, microwave, or reheat.

*Do not use while sleeping, doing exercise, or within 30 minutes after a shower.

*Warmth will cause temporary redness on the contact area. Do not use for more than 8 hours on the same area to avoid low-temperature burns.
