Return and Refund
Thank you for shopping at ShopHygiene PH. We strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. If, however, you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain products, such as personal care and hygiene items, are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods, personal hygiene items, and opened or used items cannot be returned.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support at sales@shophygiene.com.ph or our Viber account: 0916-738-1710 with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- After approval, we will provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and further instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 2- 3 days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary.

6. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please reach out to our Customer Support to verify item availability.
